Patient Care Coordinator
Carol has worked in the business since January of 1999, with years of experience since 1981. Carol started her career as a surgical assistant for Dr. Hart in California. A few years later when Dr. Hart started an office in Seattle, he called her up to join the team once again! Carol now works as the Patient Care Coordinator here at Puget Sound Oral Surgery. Carol is crazy about animals, enjoys camping and pursues photography as a hobby.
Sandi has more than 12 years of experience with the practice, first working as a surgical assistant, and more recently in our front office as the financial coordinator. She is a Certified AAOMS Anesthesia Assistant, WA State Registered Dental Assistant, and is ACLS Trained. Sandi has been living in Seattle since 1978, and says it feels more like “home” here than her native Wisconsin. She is married (26 years in 2014), and has a 19 year old daughter. She enjoys dancing, doing art and design projects, volunteering and cooking. She is proud to be part of such a caring, capable team and is inspired every day!

Tami has been a registered dental assistant for 22 years, 15 of which she has proudly served as a team member of Puget Sound Oral Surgery. She enjoys helping and providing care to our patients and loves her teammates. Her passions in life are her husband, four boys, new grandson, jewelry & fashion design, documentaries, reading and traveling. She is ACLS, CALAAOMS and CPR certified.
Surgical Assistant- ¡Habla Español!
Jennifer has belonged to the Puget Sound Oral Surgery team since her move from her native Puerto Rico, US in 2012. She graduated Cum Laude in 2007 with a bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where she presided over the Pre-Med Student Association. She then worked for a year at the Dental School Research Department at the University of Puerto Rico where she briefly attended as a dental student before opting for a career as a Medical Technologist. Her certificates include ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathology), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and CPR. She is also DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination) certified. Jennifer enjoys helping patients and working alongside such a wonderful surgical team. She is fluent in Spanish and English, loves design, crafts, cooking, music and spending time with her husband, dog (Ronnie), family and friends. Whenever possible, she and her husband visit family in Puerto Rico and catch some much needed vitamin D!
Since 1999 Jessica has worked in Oral Surgery as a Surgical Assistant. Jessica has lived in Washington her whole life and resides in Sumner. She attended Central Washington University and Green River Community College. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has fun attending Seattle Seahawk football & Thunderbird hockey games, camping and riding her Harley motorcycle.
After graduating from the University of Washington with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Health, Amy happily joined the Harbour Pointe team in July of 2013. She is CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE) certified. She has also completed the IV skills training course. Amy loves sharing laughs with her team and patients and strives to make her patients as comfortable and happy as possible. For fun, Amy enjoys anything outdoors. From hiking to kayaking, to running and beach volleyball, as long as she is outside she is happy!
